Attorney Profile
Christian E. Hardigree graduated
cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas,
with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. She
received her law degree from the Walter F. George School of
Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, with an emphasis
in employment discrimination and labor management relations.
While at Mercer University, Christian received an American
Jurisprudence Award. She was an intern at the Attorney
General's Office for the State of Nevada, working in both the
Gaming Control and the Worker's Compensation Divisions. She
also served as the Special Events Chairman and the Barrister's
Ball Chairman for the Student Bar Association. Christian was
licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1996. She
was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1998.
In January of 1997, Christian
also joined the faculty of the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas, as an Adjunct Professor teaching Hospitality Law and
Labor Management Relations. Due to her outstanding teaching
record, she was recruited by the UNLV Administration in 2000,
and joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in January of
2001. She currently is engaged in research and publication in
the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, turnover rates
based on gender, sexual harassment perceptions in the
workplace, women in leadership positions, warranty rights
based on food allergies, and other notable subjects.
Christian joined the firm in
November of 1997. She is a member of the Clark County Bar
Association. She is the faculty advisor for Phi Alpha Delta, a
pre-law fraternity. She continues to teach at UNLV, in
addition to maintaining an active caseload with the firm.
